International Spinal Immobilization Forum
As a result of my passion for everything emergency medicine, I have developed a new full body immobilization device that is truly revolutionary (all personal ego blowing biases aside). Engineering is moving forward full speed and I do my best to make sure that I have thought of everything that should considered. Due to time restrictions associated with my professional and social obligations, I do not get a chance to browse the web as much as I should. However, whenever I do, I always discover something new and intriguing. There must be a better way to monitor the developments occuring around the world. I just visited the EMS Today Conference and Expo in Baltimore, Maryland thinking that I would uncover the world's great immobilization secrets, but was very disappointed (although I suppose that I should be excited that I did not find anything that poses a new challenge for my product). I know that participation in these trade shows is limited to those who can afford to attend and those who feel that attendance is worth the investment (lodging $$$, travel $$$, entertainment $$$, food $$$, dry cleaning from Hooters sauce on new polo $$, etc.), but there must be one single source where everyone shows their cards. Of course, my dream cannot become a reality due to the threat of jet setting web surfing innovative thought stealing trolls who know that the average little guy cannot afford to protect his intellectual property from infringement across the pond or somewhere around the world, or in their backyard, for that matter. However, there must be a safe haven somewhere on this planet where guys like me can share ideas and introduce great solutions for the folks on the street and in the hospital. If you know the GPS coordinates, please let me know.
