Who is MacGyver124?

I suppose that I should be honest and tell you that the stimulus for creating this blog came from a frustrating endeavor to locate and identify MacGyver124. MacGyver124's posts can be found throughout the trauma and emergency medicine blogosphere and he/she has very compelling arguments regarding many issues that are very important to me. The problem is that many of MacGyver124's posts are old and my responses to his posts have not generated any feedback. Any assistance to this regard will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
